Your resume gives the final verdict about your work. It makes either special or leaves you as a job seeker. But how to find out that your resume requires reworking or revision.
1. It does not have the recent additions about your skills and duties
You must update your resume every one year. This will give you an overall self-assessment, improvement in capabilities and boosts expert energies.
2. Resume does not promote you for a promotion
When your boss does not approve your promotion, it indicates that your resume is not talking about your expert areas more in detail.
3. It is not getting short listed
If you are confident that you meet the job criteria, the tone of your confidence can surely give you a lot of scope to get short listed. Your resume is the most important document that will give you an exclusive and unique opportunity to find a good job.
4. You never receive a call for interview
Interview calls are always for the right applicant and it may be you. When you do not receive a reply from an employer, it means you should either build your skills for improvement or work on your resume once again.
5. You remain as a job seeker
When you remain as a job seeker for more than an year, it s an indication that you should now seriously start working on your resume and also check all your credentials.
6. You keep applying for jobs

7. Employer says your resume does not have enough data to recruit you
Resume is all about you and your skills. These must be extensively explained providing excellent framework to get a good placement. You should never miss an opportunity with the lack of information in your resume.
8. You are good at work, but your resume is not
in spite of the fact that you are an excellent professional and an employee, your resume may not be speaking in that way whereby you lose prospective job opportunities.
9. Not rich in keywords to prove your expertise
